"Made moving the big stuff way easier"
Used this to move a huge dresser, and it helped a lot, they were a little late, but it still worked out fine in the end.

Used Bungii for a dropoff it was such a relief. The driver showed up on time, helped load everything, and got it delivered with zero drama. I could track the whole thing too, which was nice because I’m not trying to sit around wondering where my stuff is. Mini rant, but why is borrowing a truck always such a whole production? You have to ask around, work around someone else’s schedule, refill gas, maybe owe them a favor... no thanks. This was simple, smooth, and way less annoying.

"Really easy to fit into my day"
I booked a pickup for later in the day, then of course my meeting ran long and I had to change the time. I was half wondering if I’d messed things up by picking that slot in the first place, but changing it was actually simple, and the driver still came within the new window I chose.
I liked that I didn’t have to plan everything days ahead. Maybe I should be better at scheduling my day, but for last-minute stuff, this was super handy.

Booking was really easy and saved me a lot of time. The pickup window was a little off, well, not terrible, just later than I expected. Still, it’s convenient when you need help moving stuff and don’t want to deal with everything yourself

"Canceling was actually easy"
I had to cancel my bungii booking at the last minute and thought it was going to be a whole thing. But it was super easy, and I got updates right away so I knew what was happening. No runaround, no long wait, just handled quickly. Definitely makes me more likely to use them again

"Pickup was smooth tbh"
Used Bungii for a pickup and it went well overall. The driver texted me before getting there, and we figured out the timing super easily. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is bc the pickup window shifted a bit, but they kept me updated so it wasn’t a huge deal. Would def use them again

"Damage claim process used to be better"
The delivery itself was fine, but one of my items showed up damaged and that’s where the whole experience went downhill. I’ve used them before and remember things being smoother, so it was disappointing to have to send photos, provide all the details, and then keep following up just to get any kind of update.
They did eventually respond, which is why I’m not giving 1 star, but the outcome still didn’t feel fair to me. It just seemed like the claim process used to be handled better, and this time it added a lot more stress than it needed to.

My order did eventually show up, but it was later than expected. I get that delays can happen, but I would’ve appreciated better communication and some accountability instead of just being left waiting. If there’s an issue with delivery, customers should be updated without having to chase for answers...

"Honestly worth it, even for a loyalist"
I usually stick with my go-to brand for stuff like this, so I was a little hesitant to try something different. But for quick hauling, this turned out to be a really solid deal. It did what I needed without fuss, and for the price, I can’t really complain.

"Okay, but not always reliable"
I’ve used Bungii a couple of times and, yeah, one time it worked totally fine. But another time... the driver was late and I had to reach out to figure out what was going on. The app itself is easy to use, so that part’s nice. I just wish the timing was a little more dependable. It’s not terrible or anything, but if you really need something moved at a specific time, I’d probably have a backup plan just in case.

My bungii driver showed up right on time. Super polite. Took good care of my stuff, too. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, which made the whole move feel way less stressful. Quick, easy, no issues. I’d definitely use them again.

"I was in a bit of a bind..."
I was in a bit of a bind trying to move a couch last minute and didn’t think I’d find anyone that quickly. I checked Bungii and, to my surprise, there was a driver nearby ready to help. He showed up fast, loaded everything up, and made the whole thing way easier than I expected. Super glad I gave it a try.

"Pretty clear pricing overall"
The price was shown upfront, which I appreciated. I just wish the extra fees were explained a little more clearly. Maybe they assume most people already know what those charges are for, but I would’ve liked a bit more detail

I didn’t think they’d come all the way out by me, but they do. It’s kind of ridiculous how hard it usually is to get delivery over here, so I was happy to find out they cover my area too.
